Only Project Managers can create a project in HOLIZE.
📖 Description
Projects are listed and managed from the Projects screen in the app.
Each project is linked to a Department and a 🏗️ Delivery Model — which defines the tasks, deliverables, and phases under it.
✅ Pre-requisites
💡 An Organization must be linked with a Department (only Client Admin can do this)
🏗️ Delivery Model must already exist for the Department
👤 An L1 Manager 👨💼 User Role must have been assigned to the Department
🧩 Minimum of one completed 🧩 Business Configuration
🧾 Input
🏢 Department (Executor of the project)
📅 Start Date and End Date for the project
🎯 Output
✅ Project visible on the Project Listing screen
📋 A new 📋 Project Plan will be generated (once Plan Version is activated)
🔁 All tasks and deliverables in the 📋 Project Plan, flow from the linked 🏗️ Delivery Model
