  • ✅ Keeps it lean because low-tier margins are small.

🏢 Silver & Gold Enterprise (₹4,999–₹119,499 / $60–$1,440)

  • • 20% recurring commission for 12 months

  • Examples:

  • • Silver Monthly ($60) → $12/month × 12 = $144

  • • Gold Yearly ($1,440) → $288 one-time

  • ✅ Very attractive; these are the sweet-spot plans.

🏆 Diamond & Platinum Enterprise (₹19,999–₹479,499 / $240–$5,760)

  • • 15% recurring on monthly (paid for 12 months)

  • • 10% one-time on yearly

  • Examples:

  • • Diamond Monthly ($240) → $36/month × 12 = $432

  • • Diamond Yearly ($2,880) → $288 one-time

  • • Platinum Yearly ($5,760) → $576 one-time

  • ✅ Keeps large-deal payouts attractive without hurting long-term margins.

🧮 Payout Rules (simple & transparent)

  • • Commission paid within 10 business days of client payment

  • • No earning cap

  • • Recurring commissions run for up to 12 months from the first invoice

  • • If a client upgrades/downgrades, the commission adjusts from the next billing cycle

  • • Refunds/chargebacks reverse associated commissions

  • • Compliance: valid partner registration + tax/withholding as applicable

🧭 Eligibility & Deal Attribution

  • • Register as a partner and submit leads via deal registration (recommended)

  • • If not registered, last-touch referral applies with a 60-day attribution window

  • • Self-deals by the partner’s own organization are not commissionable (optional policy)

  • • HOLIZE reserves the right to decline commissions for fraudulent or non-compliant activity

📜 Terms of Commission

    1. Commission Rates

  • • Individual Plans → 10% recurring commission (12 months)

  • • Silver & Gold Enterprise Plans → 20% recurring (monthly) or 20% one-time (yearly)

  • • Diamond & Platinum Enterprise Plans → 15% recurring (monthly) or 10% one-time (yearly)

    1. Payment Schedule

  • • Commissions are paid within 10 business days after client payment is received

  • • Payments will be made via **Bank Transfer, UPI (India), or other secure online transfer modes **

    1. Attribution Rules

  • • Last-Touch Referral: last partner before signup gets the commission

  • • 60-Day Attribution Window: signup must happen within 60 days of referral click

    1. Eligibility

  • • Partner must be registered in the HOLIZE Partner Program. Partner Deal Form

  • • Self-referrals are not eligible

  • • Commission is only applicable when a client converts to a paid subscription

  • • Free trial signups without upgrade are not commissionable

    1. Unlimited Earnings

  • • No cap — earn unlimited commissions by bringing more clients
