Automatically escalates items nearing deadlines so that no critical item slips through the cracks.

👤 Who Can Access

  • ▫️ All users involved in projects can view escalations.

📈 Description

  • ▫️ Automatically escalates approaching deadlines

  • ▫️ Tracks escalation level (first/second level) based on timing

📤 Output

  • ▫️ Sends alerts to relevant owners, and leadership as escalation progresses

  • ▫️ For instance, L1 mgrs of Risk/issue/action item is copied at 1st level of escalation, whereas in L2 Mgrs also copied in 2nd level of escalation

🧾 Pre-requisites

  • ▫️ An active ⚠️ Risk, 🔥 Issue, or 📋 Action Item

  • ▫️ Due date is within 14 days (1st level escalation) or 7 days (2nd level escalation)

  • ▫️ Or the item has already crossed its due date

🧩 Dependents

  • ▫️ Project Leaders must take timely action on escalated items

  • ▫️ Delayed actions could trigger further escalation or impact overall project health
