Project Managers are responsible for creating and activating Plan Versions.
This process is typically done **after a 📁 Project Setup and before 📋 Project Plan gets created
📖 Description
Plan Version is the parent-entity which holds phase-level (high level), deliverable-level (middle-level), and task-level (low level) 📋 Project Plans.
A button named Plan in 📁 Project Setup will navigate users to the Plan Version page.
Only when a Plan Version gets activated, HOLIZE auto-generates these 📋 Project Plan entities.

When Plan Version gets activated, 📦 a structured 📋 Project Plan gets created which includes:

Only one Plan Version can be active per 📋 Project Plan
